2. Three Phases of the Compensation Plan

In addition to being a solid 17-year old company doing business in 75+ countries, LifeWave has developed a solid, balanced and well-structured compensation plan that generously rewards distributors in three progressive and cumulative phases. Below is a short summary of those three phases.

Phase I - PERSONAL PRODUCTION BONUSES

These bonuses are designed to encourage and reward the enrollment of personally sponsored new
Customers and Distributors.
1. 33% on Retail Customers – X39 @ $149.95 Retail => you earn $50 Profit
2. 20% on Preferred Customers – X39 @ $99.95 Wholesale => you earn $20/month
3. 15-31% Product Introduction Bonuses (PIB) – Paid on New Distributor Kits and Upgrades. (No
commission on the one-time $25 Enrollment Fee in the kits)

Phase II - TEAM BONUSES

With consistent effort, your team will begin to grow beyond those you have personally enrolled, and that’s when two additional powerful team bonuses start clicking in.

1. $50 Binary Cycle Bonuses

  • This is a “12 month non-flushing” Binary which means as long as a you remain active with a minimum of 55PV every 31 days (combined      Customer and Personal purchases), your downline volume will continue to be banked and accumulate towards future commissions.
  • To qualify for Binary Commissions, Active Distributors need only one personally sponsored active Distributor in each leg each month.
  • This is a 1/3 – 2/3 Binary, and every time you have accumulated 660 points in one leg and 330 in another, you are paid a $50 weekly Cycle Bonus.
  • Some people “cycle” occasionally, some people weekly, some daily… and yes… some hourly (there is a generous 60% cap on total binary payout).

2. Additional $300 Diamond PIB Differential Bonus

  • This is a special additional of Product Introduction Bonus (PIB) paid on the sale of Diamond kits (and upgrades)
  • Diamond kits are designed for serious, committed business builders
  • Diamond PIB provides an additional $3000 incentive for upline Leaders to build in depth.

 

Phase III - LEADERSHIP BONUSES

As your organization continues to grow and you start moving through the ranks of Leadership, you will
start earning generous Matching Bonuses, Rewards Trips, and other Special Bonuses from time to time

1. Matching Bonus of the weekly binary income earned from your Personally Sponsored Members

  • 1st Level 25% Matching Bonus of the weekly binary income earned from your Personally Sponsored Members. Rank Requirement: Active with 110 BV, Paid as Manager or above.
  • 2nd Level – 20% Matching Bonus of the weekly binary income of second level Members in your Sponsor Tree. Rank Requirement: Active with 110 BV, Manager or above.  Must have 6 cycles in paid commissions weekly.
  • 3rd Level – 20% Matching Bonus of the weekly binary income of third level Members in your Sponsor Tree. Rank Requirement: Active with 110 BV, Director or above. Must have 10 cycles in paid commissions weekly.

3. Team Bonus

CYCLE BONUS = BONUS CYCLE

With consistent effort, your team will begin to grow beyond those you have personally enrolled, and that’s when two additional powerful team bonuses start clicking in.

  • Be Active: 55 PV (one sleeve every 31 days) to earn up to $100/week. 
  • Be Active: 110 PV every 31 days to earn more than $100/week and have purchased or upgraded to a Gold Kit

✅ THE $50 CYCLE BONUS

5. Your 1st Three Goals

Goal #1: Start Enrolling

  • Begin enrolling Customers
  • Sponsor one Distributor on each side (leg/team) of your binary tree
  • Sponsoring Silvers is the key to achieving your goals. However, always do what is in the best interest of your prospect. Distributors can always upgrade to Silver at a later date (no time limit)
  • In order to not lose your weekly volume, it is important that you & your Distributors each purchase a minimum of one sleeve every 31 days. This is called staying ACTIVE (qualified) 
  • Show your new Distributor how to stay Active by setting up either a Monthly Subscription Order… OR… purchasing one of the Maintenance Packs (which will keep them Active for either 3 or 6 months: Back Office > Store > Maintenance Packs

Cycle Bonus Explained

💎 HOW TO FIND YOUR BUSINESS VOLUME

From your Back Office > Commissions > Volume

NOTE: Your power leg can be either your left or right. It can even switch back and forth from week to week. Your power leg is the one with the greater volume.

💎 HOW TO BE BINARY QUALIFIED FOR CYCLE BONUS

1. Be active (minimum of 55 PV every 31 days) in the qualification period 

2. Have at least one personally sponsored Active Distributor on each leg that is a Bronze or above 

3. Member must have at least 660 BV on the power (strong) leg and 330 BV on the profit (weak) leg. 

Correct volume cycle ratio must be present. 

(Your power leg is the one with the most volume, which could possibly change from week to week) 

 A good rule of thumb in your initial months is to aim for a ratio of 2 to 1 or 330 to 660. Some people like to think in terms of keeping their left & right leg as balanced in business volume as possible

 Volume over and above the Bonus Cycles that you can earn for the commission week is saved and appears as a carry-over volume for the start of the next week…but only if you are Active (i.e. you meet your monthly 55 PV requirement)

Binary Placement

Enroll your first Distributor on your Shared leg, your second & third Distributors on your Personal leg…your fourth on your Shared leg. 

💎 How to select the leg you wish your next enrolee to be placed on:

  1. Click on your name on the top right-hand corner and then on ‘Change Settings’ 
  2. In the ‘Account Settings’ menu, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Contact Information’ section. There you will see the following question: ‘What is your Binary Placement Preference when you begin sponsoring new members?’ 
  3. Click on your preferred placement. 

💎 Binary Placement Preferences can be changed from one leg to another as often as necessary.

💎 Moving a Distributor from one leg to the other leg

 Within 5 Working Days: First, ensure that the new member has no downline. Then Sponsor emails Customer Support requesting this move. 

 After 5 Working Days: Ensure that the new member has no downline. The Sponsor then contacts Customer Support who will send a form to complete. Submit completed form to Customer Support for review. If approved, Customer Support will send the form for completion. The Sponsor will be charged a $50 fee.

Goal #2: Become a Manager

As a paid-as Manager or above you can earn up to $1500 per week in Binary Commissions and qualify to earn unlimited 20-25% match of the Weekly Binary Commissions of your personally sponsored distributors.

Goal #3: Become a Director

As a paid-as Director or above you can earn up to $2500 per week in Binary Commissions. See the chart below for the requirements to become a Director.
