3 Steps To Create Your Pay Portal...

  • As soon as you become a Distributors, complete STEP ONE below  
  • It takes approximately 2 weeks to get set up to receive payments. Your pay continues to accrue during this time! 
  • You can also get an optional LifeWave Visa Prepaid Card that you can use to make purchases everywhere Visa DEBIT cards are accepted.

Step 1

CREATE YOUR PAY PORTAL

Email copies of both the front and back of your driver’s licence or other government-issued PHOTO ID. 

  • Be sure that all four corners show in the copies you make. 
  • The name on your account must match your government-issue I.D.

Email  to: commissions@lifewave.com and include a cc to customerservice@lifewave.com

  • Use the same email you have on file with LifeWave
  • Subject Heading for Email: Photo ID for Pay Portal Account… OR…Photo ID Cash Card
  • Include your Distributor ID in the email
  • U.S. residents must include a completed W-9 Form. It’s optional to fill in the “Requester’s Name & Address on the W-9 form but here it is: LifeWave Corp, 9775 Businesspark Ave, San Diego CA USA

  • Then watch for an “Activation” Email… it could be a couple of weeks before you receive it. Then proceed with Step 2.

Step 2

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR PAY PORTAL 

Once your LifeWave Pay Portal account has been created, you will receive an activation email with instructions on how to activate your account.

  • The name you use for your LifeWave Prepaid Visa Card registration needs to be exactly the same as the name on your LifeWave distributorship. 

Go to this websitewww.lifewaveCASHCARD.com 

  • Click Activate Account. Follow the instructions. 
  • Use the login information provided in your Activation email. 
  • Do not use your LifeWave UserName and password to log-in to the LifeWave Cash Card company. These are two separate companies. 
  • Once you’ve logged in to your Pay Portal Back Office, click on Transfers (a small icon that looks like a house) this is where you enter your bank account information
  •  It can take up to 3 weeks for your 1st  transfer of funds from  LifeWave to your new Pay Portal account.
  • Thereafter your commissions are processed and available on a weekly basis 9 days after the close of each weekly Monday – Sunday pay period.

Step 3

HOW TO TRANSFER $ TO YOUR BANK OR CARD 

Best to log-In from your computer, not your phone: 

To Move Money from LifeWave to your BANK ACCOUNT

  • Set this up when you first log-in to LifeWaveCashCard company. Very straight-forward. 
  • This can be set up do PERIODICALLY or AUTOMATICALLY each week.

To Move Money from LifeWave to your PAY CARD

  • To PERIODICALLY move money: Click Action…Transfer to Card…Accept
  • To AUTOMATICALLY move moneyCreate Auto Transfer…Transfer Everyday/Daily…100%…Save…Confirm

To Move Money from your CARD to your BANK ACCOUNT

  • Click Bank Account…Save…Confirm
  • You can request that all or a portion of your money be moved from your Card to your bank account
